Every order comes with my personal money back guarantee. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order you may return it for a full refund - no questions asked and no delay. Above all there's no minimum order and no obligation to buy, ever. You buy what you want when you want it.
We do not pass on any of your personal details to any other organisation or person for any purpose whatsoever without your express permission.
We usually destroy all correspondence and order forms etc by shredding/burning them. We do not retain credit/debit card details unless you specifically request us to do so and then they are held in a secure environment to prevent improper use.
Payment for orders - we accept payment by cheque, postal order, all recognised credit and debit cards with the exception of American Express and of course cash, though we suggest that you do not send cash by post. Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to "Knitwit" and crossed A/C Payee.
